We aim to provide the highest levels of service

We aim to provide the highest levels of service and exceed any recommendations laid down by the Care Quality Commission.

Fees are chargeable for services rendered in accordance with our current Price List.  Prices may be reviewed from time to time for which you will receive 7 days’ notice.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any part of our service then, so long as you advise us within 24 hours, you will not be charged for that part.

To allow us to plan our work schedules, 72 hours’ notice is required of any changes you may wish to make to your service.

Considerable investment is made in training and developing staff.

Fees are payable within seven days of invoice and any outstanding amounts may be subject to an additional interest charge
