The management of Treal care is in the safe hands of trained, tested and approved registered Manager. We are innovative home care provider having qualified trained and well experienced professional workforce who ensures that you are been taken care of with passion and compassion.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission – The independent regulator of health and social care in England that monitors, inspect and regulate our services.

Treal care aims to provide a compassionate, genuine care and support to the Elderlies, frail and Vulnerable people ensuring their rights are respected in line with the company slogan “Truly and Really care”.

We also aim to display considerable ingenuity in the provision of care and support to people living in their own homes.

I was reassured by the level of service provided by Treal. My mother, who was elderly and bed-bound, was always treated with dignity and respect by the carers who came in four times a day. They always tried to engage with her in a comforting way so that she remained calm and peaceful. They were punctual, always wore appropriate protective equipment and left Mum comfortable and stable. The carers gave her fluids and food when she was able to take them.

Only had the pleasure of these carers for a short while but found them very caring. Their uniforms were exceptionally clean and carers impeccable.

In order to continue to support your loved ones who do not want to remain or not safe to remain in their homes, Treal care now has a residential care home (Oakland Residential Care Home) based in Colchester where we provide both accommodation and care services.
