Whilst carers Kazeem and Nabeel came for their first care visit my brother died. At one of the worst times of my life I could not have been with two better people. They were kind, helpful, gentle, practical and an amazing support. The help and kindness offered by their supervisor Faith has also been so incredibly kind. I offer my sincere thanks.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care provided by this agency. The carers have been exceptionally professional, compassionate, and dedicated. Their support went beyond physical help — they offered emotional encouragement and genuine kindness, often anticipating my needs without me even asking.

The office staff have also shown great professionalism and understanding, always striving to provide the best possible solutions and communication.

I have only positive experiences and warm memories, and I wholeheartedly recommend this agency to anyone seeking excellent and truly caring support.

All of the carers that came and looked after my husband were very kind and professional. They all had a smile on their faces and treated my husband with dignity.

Our dad always called you his “guardian angels,” and he truly meant it. He looked forward to seeing you every single day, not just because you cared for him so well, but because you took the time to chat with him, listen to him, and make him feel respected and valued.

You didn’t just look after his needs, you made him feel comfortable and at ease, and that meant the world to him and to us.

The last couple of weeks of his life were incredibly hard for us as a family, but the way you supported our mum during that time is something we will never forget.

You didn’t just focus on Dad, you always made sure Mum was coping too, checking in on her, offering comfort, and making sure she had the help she needed.

Caring for someone you love at home is one of the hardest things you can do, and we could never have given our dad his wish of passing away at home without your support.

In those final days, you showed him such love and kindness, making sure he was comfortable and at peace right until the end.

We will carry that memory, and our gratitude, with us always.

We would like to thank all of the ladies who care for my wife every day, especially Sajeda who goes above and beyond with her help to make my wife feel human again.

Nothing is too much trouble for her, she is a bright light in the gloom and we both look forward to her happy voice and cheery smiles.

When our children visit us, they look forward to seeing her looking after my wife so diligently.

We are very grateful to all members of the Treal Care UK team who looked after our father very well. They showed kindness and compassion to him and the family. They were courteous and efficient. We will always be grateful for the care they gave him which allowed him to stay in his own home until he died peacefully and with dignity last week.

We have had care since October and are so thankful for this service. My husband was not expected to live more than 2/3 weeks but he’s such a strong fighter and determined not to let his cancer get him.

We have been extremely grateful for the care and consideration that the care team are giving my Dad. They have all been respectful, and helpful. It’s a relief to know that he is getting looked after so well during his end of life. When they are seeing dad they speak softly to him and gently when handling him. Always telling him what is happening, regardless of whether he is aware or not. One of the care team always has the foresight to make sure that as a family we are ok too. He is very attentive and shares our concerns when they arise.
